How the recruitment process work
Connect Driver Solutions take the hassle out job hunting for those in the transport industry.
We work with lots of big-name companies across Scotland and even further afield. These respected organisations will come to us when they need hard-working, talented staff.
We’ll advertise the role and go through our database to find suitable candidates. We’ll then contact the candidates, talk through the role with them and assess their suitability.
Successful candidates will then be forward to the client, who will tell us who they’d like to interview if necessary or who they’d like to offer the job to.
We can offer some interview tips and make sure you’re fully prepared for your interview – we want to make sure you’re ready for whatever the interviewer has to throw at you!
Once the client has made their decision, we’ll give you detailed feedback whatever the outcome.
